PlanTherm PT 200
enables fast and easy estimation of heat tolerance of various plants, plant suspension cells, algae, and cyanobacteria. PlanTherm PT200 simultaneously monitors conductivity and chlorophyll a fluorescence of the analyzed sample during its gradual heating from 25 to 75°C in less than 1 hour. The heating process is controlled, recorded and evaluated by PC with intuitive ProfileCon software.
